This blog is a recreation of the original one I kept during the year I lived in Sendai, Japan. Digitally remastered, if you will. Blogging technology has come a long way since then, and it seemed a shame to have the old one pass into dated obscurity, when instead I could polish it up, fix the typos, and, eventually, add in scanned versions of the pictures I took when I was there, which, unfortunately for our increasingly digital age, I took on real, actual film.
This is a work in progress, for all that the blog itself is intended to be static. Feel free to peruse.
